Signing in to Hatchik uses your Google account. If you've lost access to that Google account, this is the way back — you prove you can read the email address the Hatchik account was set up with, and we let you back in.
The link lets you do three things: sign in again with a different Google account, download everything you have on Hatchik, or stop your billing. It can't delete anything or change your sites.
While you're locked out
Your sites and apps keep running exactly as they are. Anyone visiting them sees no difference. What you can't do is change them — so if something needs fixing urgently, start with the link above.
